How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact our support team:

Send an email to our support team with the following information:

    Include: Your full name and email address associated with your WhozFire account

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email, username)
  • All uploaded music tracks and associated metadata
  • Vote history and preferences
  • Payment information (except as required for financial records)
  • All personal data collected through Facebook or Google login

Timeline

Data deletion typically occurs within:

  • Immediate: Your account becomes inaccessible
  • 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
  • 90 days: Data removed from backups and archives

Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance (e.g., financial records, fraud prevention) as required by law. This data will be kept secure and will not be used for any other purpose.
