How WHOZFIRE tournaments work

HOW VOTING WORKS

WHOZFIRE uses a fair and transparent voting system to determine tournament winners:

  • Free Votes: All verified users receive free daily votes to cast for their favorite artists
  • Premium Votes: Users can purchase additional voting credits to show extra support
  • One Account Rule: Each user account can vote once per track per day
  • Real-Time Updates: Leaderboards update instantly as votes are cast

TOURNAMENT TYPES

STANDARD TOURNAMENTS

Open competition where all approved tracks compete for votes. Winners determined by total vote count at tournament end.

BRACKET TOURNAMENTS

Head-to-head elimination rounds. Tracks compete in pairs, winners advance to next round until a champion is crowned.

GENRE-SPECIFIC TOURNAMENTS

Competitions limited to specific music genres to ensure fair comparison between similar styles.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

Tournament prizes are distributed based on final rankings:

  • 1st Place: 50% of prize pool
  • 2nd Place: 30% of prize pool
  • 3rd Place: 20% of prize pool

Note: Prizes are paid out within 7 business days after tournament completion via the artist's registered payment method.

ARTIST ELIGIBILITY

To participate as an artist in WHOZFIRE tournaments:

  • Must have a verified email address
  • Must own or have rights to submitted tracks
  • Tracks must meet quality standards (approved by admins)
  • Must comply with content guidelines (no hate speech, explicit content requires labeling)
  • Maximum 3 tracks per tournament unless specified otherwise

FAIR PLAY POLICY

WHOZFIRE maintains a strict fair play policy to ensure competition integrity:

  • No Vote Manipulation: Using bots, fake accounts, or automated systems is strictly prohibited
  • No Vote Buying: Artists cannot purchase votes for their own tracks
  • No Harassment: Respectful competition only - harassment of other artists or voters results in disqualification
  • Copyright Compliance: All tracks must be original or properly licensed
Violations Result In: Immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and potential permanent ban from the platform

VOTER GUIDELINES

Voters play a crucial role in WHOZFIRE tournaments:

  • Listen to tracks before voting to make informed decisions
  • Vote based on music quality, not personal relationships
  • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
  • Purchased votes cannot be refunded after casting
